SAE100R7 hose is built for lubrication lines that run at higher pressure than plain nylon tube is rated for: a nylon inner core, a single fibre braid reinforcement, and a polyurethane cover. It runs from −40°C to +100°C, well beyond the range of the plain nylon tube.
It is used across engineering machinery, machine tools, automobiles, mining, air-conditioning and refrigeration, food and chemical industry equipment — anywhere a lubrication line needs the extra pressure rating and temperature range the braid gives over an unreinforced tube.
The manufacturer's working-pressure-to-burst-pressure safety ratio is stated as 1:4. The table below is a representative selection across the size range; the manufacturer publishes 17 sizes in total from DN2 to DN25, so ask us for the full table if the size you need isn't shown here.
