The ZD type medium-pressure piston grease pump is built for a wide range of grease-lubrication requirements. It shares the lubrication characteristics of the I-type motor-driven piston grease pump and adds a vehicle-mounted controller (remote controller optional). Rated output pressure is 180 kgf/cm².

The ZD type medium-pressure piston grease pump combines with a DX mono-block progressive distributor or an SD2 modular-block progressive distributor to form a complete lubrication system. It injects a metered dose of grease to each lubrication point within the set injection time, extending the life of the machinery and improving its safety.
Application
The ZD type medium-pressure piston grease pump is used on heavy-duty trucks, forging machine tools, injection moulding machines and other industrial machinery.
Characteristics
- Operated by a DC 12V/24V motor, and can be connected to the power supply of the host equipment.
- Special alloy-steel piston mechanism, for high accuracy, stable pressure, low noise and a long service life.
- Fitted with an oil scraper that vents air from the grease as it works.
- Can provide a pressure signal via a pressure switch fitted to the lubrication system, and a level signal via a level switch, enabling remote monitoring.
- Control options: the pump's own controller can monitor operating and rest time; the vehicle-mounted controller can set working and rest time; or the host equipment's PLC can control operating and rest time.
- Two ways of grease pump control: Time-Program control and Time-Travel control.
