The NKGH manual grease pump feeds grease to a resist-type or progressive distributor through the reciprocating action of its handle, delivering grease to each lubrication point. Paired with a resist-type proportioning distributor it forms a resist-type grease lubrication system, delivering grease to each point in proportion; paired with a U-type or SD-type progressive distributor it forms a progressive lubrication system, delivering a metered dose to each point instead.
The pump has two outlets, one fitted with a blank plug. Users can remove the plug to use the left outlet, the right outlet, or both, depending on the installation — except in a progressive lubrication system, which uses only one outlet.
The pump is widely used in medium and small machinery, including engineering machinery, weaving machinery, printing machinery and machine tools.
