Description

The RH3 volumetric distributor is developed and refined from the earlier RH2 generation, and delivers a dosed amount of oil to each lubrication point according to the measured cycle. It is available with two, three, four or five outlets, and further outlets can be connected as needed.

It is widely used in printing machines, packing machines, machine tools and other industrial equipment.

Dimension

a. Measuring piston travel

b. Travel of umbrella-shaped double-side valve

As shown in the diagram above, oil delivered from the lubrication pump is injected via the main tube and pushes open the umbrella-shaped double-sided valve B, flowing in and pressing into piston chamber F via path C. Driven by the pressurized oil, the measuring piston moves downward and spring G compresses, accumulating pressure. Measurement and oil accumulation are now complete.

When oil pressure inside main tube A is relieved (taken off), the umbrella-shaped valve moves downward under the pressure difference and opens outlet E. The measured and accumulated oil inside the piston chamber then enters oil tube H via outlet E and is fed to the lubrication points. Signal pin I extends while measuring and accumulating oil, and retracts while feeding oil to the lubrication points, so the distributor's operating condition can be confirmed at a glance.
