Description

The 35 type is the larger of the pair, with 2 to 6 outlets against the 34's 2 to 5, each metering 0.1 to 0.6 mL per cycle. It also runs grease as well as oil, at 12 to 15 kgf/cm² on oil or 30 to 40 kgf/cm² on grease.

Dimensions

Dimensioned front views of the 353 and 355 distributor blocks, showing M8 × 1 outlets, M12 × 1 inlets and overall widths of 63 and 97 mm

Operating Principle

Three-stage section through a 35 type volumetric distributor: the piston at rest, lubricant filling the metering chamber, and the measured dose discharging to the lube point1. Pressure has been taken off and lubricant has accumulated; the distributor is ready to feed a metered dose to the lubrication points.

2. As the lubrication pump raises pressure again, the metered dose is fed to the lubrication points.

3. Once pressure in the main tube is taken off, the piston resets while fresh lubricant enters the piston chamber.
