HL Type Oil Lubrication Pump

The HL type motor-driven lubrication pump is a gear pump in special alloy steel, easy to install and wire, with good self-priming and a high volumetric flow rate. It comes fitted with a level switch, and can be fitted with a pressure switch depending on the application. Together, the two let the pump detect pressure and oil level across the system and combine intermittent operation with an alarm function automatically.

A pump with a pressure take-off mechanism pairs with a positive-displacement volumetric distributor, forming a volumetric lubrication system that delivers a dosed amount of oil to each lube point. A pump without a pressure take-off mechanism pairs with a resist-type distributor instead, delivering oil in proportion to each lube point.
