TZ Type Oil Lubrication Pump

The TZ type motor-driven lubrication pump is a gear pump in special alloy steel, easy to install and wire, with good self-priming and a high volumetric flow rate. It comes in two reservoir sizes (2 L and 4 L) in high-strength plastic, and Herg Lubrication pumps are customizable to the customer's requirement.

TZ-2211, TZ-2212, TZ-3211 and TZ-3212 have a built-in microcomputer for free setting of the action and intermittent period. TZ-2231, TZ-2232, TZ-3231 and TZ-3232 have a built-in digital microcomputer for quick, simple time setting.

The pump is available without a dual-timer module, with a dual-timer module, or with an NK-3 dual timer with digital display and press buttons. It can be built with or without a pressure take-off mechanism, to the customer's requirement, and comes fitted with a level switch; a pressure switch can be added depending on the application. Together, the two let the pump detect pressure and oil level across the system and combine intermittent operation with an alarm function automatically.

A pump with a pressure take-off mechanism pairs with a positive-displacement volumetric distributor, forming a volumetric lubrication system that delivers a dosed amount of oil to each lube point. A pump without a pressure take-off mechanism pairs with a resist-type distributor instead, delivering oil in proportion to each lube point.
