The DK type distributor is a single-line metering block: each outlet discharges a fixed volume of lubricant per cycle, set by the model rather than by an adjustment on the block. Outlets are ø4 pipe, used with PA and PB tube fittings, and the distributor can be combined freely with a joint connector to build up a manifold.
Discharge volume runs from 0.05 mL per cycle on the DK-05 up to 0.5 mL per cycle on the DK-50, and each size is offered in an oil variant and a grease variant (suffixed G, for example DK-30G). Choose the model according to the oil capacity each lubrication point needs.
It is used on machine tools and other equipment running a single-line lubrication system, where each point takes a different, fixed dose from a common feed line.
