TM Type Automatic Intermittent Lubrication Pump

The TM type automatic intermittent lubrication pump delivers a measured dose of oil at a fixed interval, driven by a synchronous timer motor built into the pump head. Because the interval is set by the motor itself, the pump needs no external timer or controller to run an intermittent lubrication cycle.

Discharge volume is adjusted at the pump using the E-ring on the metering stem, over a range of 1–3 mL/cycle on TM3 models and 3–6 mL/cycle on TM6 models. The intermittent period is fixed by the motor fitted, and is available at 2.4, 6, 12, 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes on 50 Hz supply.

The TMS variant is built on the same mechanism in a smaller body, with a 1.2 L reservoir against the 2.0 L reservoir of the TM, for use on small and medium sized machinery where space is limited. Both share the same discharge range, discharge pressure and outlet size.

The reservoir is transparent so the oil level can be read at a glance, and a suction filter sits inside the tank. An oil level switch is available for machines that need a low-level alarm or interlock.

The pump works with resist-type distributors to form a resist type lubrication system, delivering oil to each lube point in proportion. It is used on weaving and spinning machines, machine tools and other light industrial machinery.
